What is 'vacancy code' in your Jobs Database?

Vacancy code is a special code consisting of digits and/or letters (like 1234, 1234xz or YXZ-AB) neccessary for our database functioning. If you found suitable vacancy, we kindly ask you to add this code to the subject line of your e-mail.

How to send my resume to your company?

Just send an e-mail to ruscon@ruscon.ru (Moscow office) or ruscon@ruscon.spb.ru (St. Petersburg office) with your resume attached. You may send it in any format you like, but we prefer MS Word format.

I have send my resume 3 days ago, but there is no reply. Why is it so?

We regret, but we do not have a possibility to find a suitable vacancy for all respected job-seekers. We attentively read all letters, and all resumes are kept in our database. However, we can invite you for personal interview only if the information you sent us satisfies the requirements of our clients. Also we kindly ask you to take into consideration that the vacancies descriptions do not contain the complete list of requirements.

Was my resume delivered to your mailbox? How may I check that?

Usually all senders receive our automatically generated delivery confirmation. But even if you did not receive it, you should not worry. Only if you did receive 'Undeliverable' notification you should send your letter again.

Some possible reasons of letters' undeliverability are:

  • wrong address (e.g., you wrote rucon instead of ruscon before or after @ symbol);
  • empty space in address (e.g., ruscon@ ruscon .ru);
  • too large attachment (some providers have 1 or 2 Mb limit to a size of a letter);
  • and some other reasons.
